Steamed Chicken and Black Fungus
Chicken drumsticks: 6 pcs
Black Fungus: 1 handful
Ginger (sliced): 1 knob
Garlic: 2 pcs
Soya sauce: 6 tbsp
Chinese wine: 2 tbsp
Sesame oil: 1 tbsp
Huiji Waist Tonic: 1/2 cap
1. Marinate the chicken drumsticks with a handful of black fungus, 1 knob sliced ginger, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, 6 tbsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp Chinese wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Marinate for an hour.
3. Add Wolfberries and steam for 30 minutes.
4. Add half cap of Huiji Waist Tonic and stir well.
5. Garnish with spring onions and parsley.
