  • 500g Grouper thick slices (pre-blanched)<\/li>
  • 40ml \u6c47\u96c6\u8865\u8170\u7cbe<\/span><\/li>
  • 1 litre Chicken Broth<\/li>
  • 15g Solomonseal Rhizome (Yu-Zhu)<\/li>
  • 2pcs Dried Shitake Mushrooms<\/li>
  • 1pc Hedgehog Mushroom<\/li>
  • Salt Some<\/li><\/ul>

    \u6b65\u9aa4\uff1a<\/h4>
    1. Wash and cut the grouper fish to fairly big pieces, trim off excess fat and pre-blanched in boiling water for 1 minute. Pre-soak Hedgehog mushroom in warm water and cut into quarters, drain and squeeze out excess water.<\/li>
    2. Prepare a double boiler. Bring sufficient water to a boil.<\/li>
    3. Add 1 litre of the hot chicken broth into double steam pot together with all the herbs, Shrooms and fish pieces. Drizzle in 2 cups of Huiji Waist Tonic.<\/li>
    4. Steam for 1 hour, on medium heat.<\/li>
