{"id":7666,"date":"2021-05-28T23:36:29","date_gmt":"2021-05-28T15:36:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/huiji.com.sg\/?p=7666"},"modified":"2021-05-28T23:36:29","modified_gmt":"2021-05-28T15:36:29","slug":"stewed-pork-soft-bone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/huiji.com.my\/zh\/stewed-pork-soft-bone\/","title":{"rendered":"Stewed Pork Soft Bone"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>\u6210\u5206<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Pork soft bone: 500g<\/li>\n<li>Dang gui: 4 pas<\/li>\n<li>Dang shen: 3 pcs<\/li>\n<li>Red dates: 5 pcs<\/li>\n<li>Wolfberries: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Ginger: 2 slices<\/li>\n<li>Mushrooms: 4 pcs<\/li>\n<li>Light soya sauce: 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Oyster sauce: 1\/2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Chinese cooking wine: 1\/2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Corn flour: 1 tbps<\/li>\n<li>Huiji Waist tonic: 1\/2 tbsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Marinate the soft bone over night with 1 tbsp light soya sauce, 1\/2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1\/2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine, 1\/2 tbsp corn flour, and 1\/2 tbsp Huiji Waist Tonic.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Soak the mushrooms.<\/li>\n<li>Rinse and place the dang gui, dang shen, red date, and wolfberries in soup bag to make a herb bag.<\/li>\n<li>Heat up the pan and fry ginger till fragrant.<\/li>\n<li>Add in the soft bone without marinate sauce and lightly pan fry for a few minutes until half cooked.<\/li>\n<li>Add the mushrooms in and fry for a minute.
