{"id":7703,"date":"2021-05-29T01:19:31","date_gmt":"2021-05-28T17:19:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/huiji.com.sg\/?p=7703"},"modified":"2021-05-29T01:19:31","modified_gmt":"2021-05-28T17:19:31","slug":"steamed-seafood-egg-custard","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/huiji.com.my\/zh\/steamed-seafood-egg-custard\/","title":{"rendered":"Steamed Seafood Egg Custard"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>\u6210\u5206<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Eggs Large: 4 pcs<\/li>\n<li>Hot water: 1\/2 cup<\/li>\n<li>Bonito powder: 2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Sliced Fish Fillet<\/li>\n<li>Prawns: 12 pcs<\/li>\n<li>Shiitake Mushroom: 2pcs<\/li>\n<li>Shimeiji Mushroom: 50g<\/li>\n<li>Japanese Fishcake: 8 slices<\/li>\n<li>Huiji Waist Tonic: 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Oyster sauce: 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Hau Tiao Jiu: 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Soy sauce: 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Sesame oil: 1\/2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Corn flour: 1 tsp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4>Method<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Marinate the fish with 1\/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp Huiji Waist Tonic, 1\/2 tsp soy sauce, and 1\/2 tsp cornflour.<\/li>\n<li>Marinate prawns with 1\/2 tsp salt and 1\/2 tsp Hau Tiao Jiu with a dash of pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Beat the eggs.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the hot water and bonito powder together and stir till combined.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the combined mixture into the beaten eggs and mix well before sieving the mixture into a jug.<\/li>\n<li>Grease 4 bowls with cooking oil.<\/li>\n<li>Add the fish, some prawns, some mushrooms, and some Japanese fishcake into the bowls.<\/li>\n<li>Pour in the egg mixture and put a cling wrap over it.<\/li>\n<li>Steam for 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>While the egg is steaming, prepare the seafood mixture. Heat up the pan with oil and add the shiitake and shimeji mushroom.
