Huiji Red Dates Wolfberry Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken thighs (cut) – 750g
  • Red Dates (Stone) – 12 pcs
  • Longan – 5g
  • Wolfberries (soaked) – 2 tbsp
  • Black fungus (soaked, cut) – 10g
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Sesame Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Huiji Waist Tonic – 3 cups (Huiji measuring cup)

 

Seasonings:

  • Salt – ½ tsp

 

Method:

  1. Wash and cut chicken thighs, drain off water.
  2. Heat up wok, add sesame oil and ginger, add chicken and fry until fragrant.
  3. Add black fungus, red date, wolfberry, salt and fry evenly.
  4. Add water and cook chicken.
