Huiji Healthy Bak Hwa

Ingredients:
- Mixed fat and lean minced pork: 1 kg
- Sugar: 250g
- Huiji Honey: 25g
- Salt: ¼ tsp
- Fish Sauce : 60g
- Rose Wine : 50g
- Huiji Waist Tonic: 2 cups (Huiji measuring cup)
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Wrap with aluminium foil, and chill in fridge for 4 hours
- Spread marinated minced meat onto big plastic paper or grease paper, use a spoon to press into thin slices and form to round shape
- Sun-dry it under the sun till meat is half-dried, turn over and continue to sun-dry till completely dried
- Place meat slices on the rack. Grill it over hot charcoal till cooked or grill it in pre-heated oven at 180°C till cooked, turn it over and grill for another 3 min
Note: For better appearance and tastier meat slices, grilling the meat slices over charcoal is recommended
