Pig Trotters with Vinegar

Ingredients:
- Pig's trotters - 1pc
- Red dates - 12 pcs
- Garlic - 10 cloves
- Black vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce - 1 tsp
- Light soya sauce - 1 tsp
- Huiji Waist Tonic - 1-2 cups (Huiji measuing cup)
Methods:
- Clean and split pig's trotters
- Boil pig's trotters in water and pour away water
- Add black vinegar, garlics, red dates, oyster sauce and light soya sauce to pig's trotters and simmer for 1 hour
- Add 1-2 cups of Huiji Waist Tonic before serving
