Ingredients:
- Pig’s Trotters – 1pc
- Red Dates – 12 pcs
- Garlic – 10 cloves
- Black Vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Oyster Sauce – 1 tsp
- Light Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
- Huiji Waist Tonic – 1-2 cups (Huiji Measuring Cup)
Method:
- Clean and split pig’s trotters
- Boil pig’s trotters in water and pour away water
- Add black vinegar, garlics, red dates, oyster sauce and light soya sauce to pig’s trotters and simmer for 1 hour
- Add 1-2 cups of Huiji Waist Tonic before serving
