Stir-Fried Fish with Spinach

Ingredients:
- Spinach - 150g (washed, cut)
- Ginger - 1 pc (shredded)
- Red dates - 10 pes (cut into half, soak in the water for ½ hour, drained)
- Wolfberries - 1 tbsp (washed, soak in the water for ½ hour, drained)
- Fish fillet - 300g (washed, slice)
- Ginger juice - 1 tbsp
- Pepper - ¼ tsp
- Huiji Waist Tonic - 1 cup (Huiji measuring cup)
Seasonings:
- Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Huadiaojiu - 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
Methods:
- Heat up wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry spinach till its cooked, dish out
- Heat up wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry ginger till fragrant
- Add red dates, wolfberries, stir fry
- Add fish, ginger juice and pepper, stir fry till it's cooked
- Add seasoning, stir well, turn off heat
- Combined with 1 cup of Huiji Waist Tonic, dish out, place them together with spinach
