Ingredients:
- Spinach – 150g (washed, cut)
- Ginger – 1 pc (shredded)
- Red dates – 10 pes (cut into half, soak in the water for ½ hour, drained)
- Wolfberries – 1 tbsp (washed, soak in the water for ½ hour, drained)
- Fish fillet – 300g (washed, slice)
- Ginger juice – 1 tbsp
- Pepper – ¼ tsp
- Huiji Waist Tonic – 1 cup (Huiji measuring cup)
Seasonings:
- Oyster sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Huadiaojiu – 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Methods:
- Heat up wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry spinach till it’s cooked, dish out
- Heat up wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry ginger till fragrant
- Add red dates, wolfberries, stir fry
- Add fish, ginger juice and pepper, stir fry till it’s cooked
- Add seasoning, stir well, turn off the heat
- Combined with 1 cup of Huiji Waist Tonic, dish out, place them together with spinach
