Ingredients:
- Streaky pork 600g
- Huiji Honey 60g
- Coriander (cut into sections)
- 1 stalk
- Shallots (flattened) 40g
- Garlic (flattened) 40g
Seasonings:
- White sugar 50g
- Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
- Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- Black Soya Sauce 1 tps
- Sesame Oil 1 tps
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Char Siew flour ¼ tsp
- Water 60 ml
Method:
- Wash and cut pork into strips, place in bowl.
- Add Huiji Honey, shallot, garlic, seasonings, mix well and marinate for 4 hours.
- Roast pork in oven for approx. 25 minutes at 180 degrees C.
- Or use nano ceramic wok to fry pork till fragrant, remove and add coriander and serve.
