Pork Ribs and Peanut Soup

Ingredients:

  • Pork Ribs – 300g
  • Fresh Groundnuts – 300g
  • Red Dates – 12 pcs
  • Garlic – 6 cloves
  • Huiji Waist Tonic – 1-2 cups (Huiji Measuring Cup)

 

Method:

  1. Clean and split pork ribs
  2. Boil pork ribs with groundnuts in water and pour away water
  3. Put fresh water to boil and add in red dates and garlic to simmer for around 1 hour
  4. Add 1-2 cups of Huiji Waist Tonic (kindly adjust it according to taste)
  5. Serve immediately while hot, this confinement food recipe is ideal for breast-feeding mums to drink as much piping hot soup as possible as it helps lactation
