Recipe makes 15 jellies.
- Huiji Canadian Ginseng Revitalising Tea 2 sachets
- Water 950ml
- Konnyaku Jelly Powder 10g
- Huiji Honey (adjust to personal preference) 200ml
- Sliced fruits of your choice
- In a small pot, add Konyaku Jelly Powder and 950ml water. Bring it to a boil.
- Add Huiji Canadian Ginseng Revitalising Tea sachets and Huiji Honey. Feel free to adjust the amount of honey according to your personal preference.
- Stir well until powder dissolves. Remove the tea sachets.
- Slice fruits of your choice into small slices. Place into jelly mould.
- Pour the mixture into the jelly mould.
- Leave to cool slightly before chilling it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or completely set.
- Remove from the mould and enjoy!
